3. Ordering & Delivery Terms
• Food Delivery (via Thuisbezorgd)All food orders are fulfilled through Thuisbezorgd.nl. By placing an order, you agree to their terms and conditions and privacy policy. For order updates or issues, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
• Grocery Delivery (via PostNL)Groceries ordered via WhatsApp are prepared and shipped from our store using PostNL. You receive an order receipt via WhatsApp. Full payment is required before shipping. Shipping costs are added to your invoice. No returns or refunds after shipping. Products may only be returned in person, with the original receipt.
